Yes sir . These guys fix the people. I fix the wrecks. People drive crazy these days and it's a shame that other people's substance abuse can ruin other peoples days / lives . I went to take the family to eat for lunch today and saw a greasy nasty chick at the gas pump I got gas and she was looking at her arm all crazy for the whole time I refueled definatly looking at obvious tract marks . Probably heroin because she was way out of it. Never would have noticed but she was behind the drivers seat of a running 85ish Toyota 4x4 pickup so I was drawn to fuel up next to her.

Today the local Overland Bound meeting happened and there were some really cool rigs out there. There was this one guy who has a nicely built JKU and a Patriot Camper trailer. Those things are serious pieces of equipment. His was the first in the USA back in 2015. He takes his family off roading, sometimes hauls his SXS, and does all this while paralyzed from the waste down. Really cool guy who can set up and load his trailer, lifts himself into his Jeep which is on 35’s, and honestly is an inspiring dude.

Fun day. We are doing Mojave first weekend in May

Assuming it runs good at speed? Look at the idle air control valve to see if it’s dirty. Clean it

A vacuum leak can also cause that. Check all the hoses. Does sound like the iac valve though. Might be obvious but since it’s electrical disconnect the battery and don’t spray solvent on the electrical plug. Let it dry completely before starting it back up. Good luck, sounds like it could be a good commuter

Found the IAC. Popped it off and cleaned it (it was CAKED) put it back in and it's not wanting to stall anymore! Now I just need to do oil change and plugs It's a great commuter. I drove about 115 miles and used under 1/4 tank

This totally blows. I want to be super excited and sad at the same time. There will be other trips, but that doesn’t make it suck any less.

Welllllll I’m going to the Mojave tomorrow. Doing the road but also with a couple days base camping at Mojave Camp in the middle to go look for mines, obstacles, and the Mail Arrow. My son is coming along too and he has his permit so he’s stoked for some highway driving and off roading.

Have a good week and weekend my friends. :mudding:

Saw a spitting image of @CalTacoma09's truck in Ceres yesterday afternoon. Red 2nd Gen with a plate or hybrid bumper, satoshi style grill, and a bed rack. Might have been a SB though I didn't get enough time to get a really good look.
