    I like that idea. I haven't been able to snag any yet, but from what it sounds like they are insanely (possibly unnecessarily) bright. Being able to switch between the two on a single unit would be neat!

    He has a version in the works that you will be able to adjust the brightness on and also be able to change colors I believe. Bluetooth interface was also mentioned I think.

    That sounds pretty slick! Maybe it is a good thing I haven't snagged any yet. I'm not in a rush so I can wait around for those.

    I saw a mock up on one of the Meso threads that he has a dome that will have a dimmable feature. But I would be ok if the dome light even protruded down to make room for a rocker switch or more LEDs since splitting the surface between 2 colors will cut down on light output per color by 1/2 basically

    So, about a month ago, I was lucky enough to get both red & white Ultimate Maps. Like others on here, I wanted to try the red/white combo. I already had the Ultimate Dome. After trying both combos, I'm more than happy with both maps being red. The dome throws an incredible amount of light already, so the reds do the trick for me. There was a mix up in shipping the original order of 2 sets of maps. I got one set maps & a white dome. Meso took care of it immediately, and sent the other maps. He also said to just keep the dome. So, thanks to @mesojdm great customer service, 1st one to quote this post & "in for free dome" gets a brand new, uninstalled 3rd gen Ultimate Dome in white. I'll even pay to ship it to you tracked.

    Also I have a set of 3rd Gen Ultimate Maps in white for sale. Only used for a few minutes. $32 tracked shipping to you. Please quote this post & add "in to buy maps"

    You're right, details matter.

    @Ddavis113 got the dome, with the correct quote.

    @scifidelity got the maps, with the correct quote.

    While @Tigers22 was 1st to respond, he didn't state which light. I asked him to clarify, but someone else responded correctly before his choice posted. Wish I had more extras to give out. These lights and Meso's overall customer service are great. I did offer him a po-boy & beer though on his future visit to the NOLA area.
