Yep, love how fast the new phone is with everything.

That and the fact that Spotify just works with my truck where with the old phone I would have to close out of the app and reopen it and it would want to crash before I could actually play a song.

I tried out the included USBC Earbuds last night and hold crap are they nice! Love what all they can do with google assistant and everything.

I looked at the wireless ones, but $150 for a pair... ehhhhhhhhhhhhh

It sounds like its time to upgrade! Last time I went from a note 4 to a note 8. No clue when i might replace the note 8 yet. Probably not any time soon.

My phone does what I want it to do, it just uses a lot of juice to get it done. If it starts to act up and stop working I may get a newer one.

That's how mine was! Super solid. Never had any real issues at all!

Just wouldn't stay gassed up like it did when new and kinda got sluggish feeling.

I ran my s10 hard af all day yesterday and still had 51% bat life when it was bed time. Insert mind blown gif here

I get that. Its the same reason I waited and went from a 4 to an 8. I was glad when i finally did for the better battery and overall update. Its also why I dont know when I'll replace the 8. Probably end up waiting until the 12 gets released because the 8 is still a great phone and battery isnt bad yet. Even when the battery does start to get bad I have chargers all over so keeping a phone charged isnt hard.

I can't stand the price tag on newer phones... it's dumb, plus I've got financial goals I'm trying to meet

Right!? Maybe I'll give it another month or so and look into getting a new phone before Jambo. Maybe I'll copy @ETXTacoma and get one of them googlers.

I've been having to help my dad with some medical expenses and also I really want to get to Scotland and Norway later this summer with the wife.

Should be able to do it all if I stop buying so much whisky

    JUST DO IT!

Oh that is nice, I was looking at that one, but don't really need to stand up, just something to lay the phone on when I am at my desk.

Yea I have been using mine a lot today and I am sitting at 73% still, used it for spotify this morning at the gym, scrolling FB, emails, phone calls, I have yet to actually get it below 50% in a day.

I am loving the Pixel 3 a ton, still have stuff to set up from the old phone but I honestly haven't cared as I realize a lot of it was just wasting away not doing anything on the iPhone lol.

I traded my iPhone 7 in and got a Pixel 3 and ended up with a $121 credit on my account, pixels 3 are currently $300 off through Verizon.

But also my old roommate and friend works at one of the local stores, so I just went to him.

The pixels are nice but i prefer samsung. At least the last time I looked samsung was the only ones left with a removable battery and expandable memory. 2 features I really like and kept me from looking at other phones.

That trip is worth saving money and keeping the old phone. A new phone camera could take better pics on the trip. Its not like your whisky supply is running low from the last pic I saw.
