I think OP should go this route.
Stick owls everywhere on his property.... roof line, fence line, trees, line the damn driveway
Seeing an owl in Kenya is considered to be a bad omen. It could indicate an upcoming funeral, trouble with work, or more or less anything unfortunate. It is also thought that shooing the owl away after seeing it or throwing salt in the fire will help to counteract the upcoming misery.

Edit.... look for what scares them in their culture and act that way.

Put Itching powder or fiberglass on something they will touch
In Kenya, if your right palm is itchy, people believe you will soon receive a windfall of money. You can’t scratch your right hand, however, as it will “scratch the money away.” Instead, you should scratch your left hand so that you don’t lose the money.
    Or
    Get some geese
At an apartment complex in the Kenyanvillage of Kakamega, locals believe the resident geese only quack at witches. As a result, they are the only security required at the compound, and every time the geese quack, people are quite sure that there are some witches about.

Both sides? That was your neighbors.. No one passes a house and key's both sides. Definitely some hate in those marks

I would spend the cash to install a camera pointing at my driveway in case they do it again. the $300 or so will pay for itself in the long run.

    They bought ring as well

I’ve been running a blink system for 2.5 years and I’m still on the original batteries. I’ve been very happy with it and the cost is very reasonable for what you get. I started with the base system and have added on a few times when they had sales or decided there was another area I wanted a camera. I think I’m currently running 10

Also a trip for anyone looking at blink - put your router and sync modules on a ups. Then the system will continue to run in the event of a power outage. You can get a ups for like $100-200 that will give you lots of run time.

Need to find a house with no neighbors outside of town.

Then you can dig a moat and fill it with alligators

OP, do you know where they work? I'd personally start with the police report and an officer having a word with them, then head over to their work places and having a word with their bosses. Basically letting them know what kind of POSs they employ.

Oh wow, I thought it was in the works, crazy. Damn that’s a great idea, to be honest I didn’t even think about that. I appreciate the suggestion for the UPS, I will be buying one very soon.

just checked mine, it's showing over 8 hours of run time (older APC BR1000G). I figure that's more than enough to cover most scenarios. Power outage longer than that and I've got bigger problems.

Also, Blink will send you a notification if the sync module goes offline for longer than 30 minutes. Thats come in handy a few times.

Just reading this makes me want to volunteer sit in the OP's front yard at night....when he gets his Tacoma back. What are the firearms laws in your city?
