Wishing winter bye, had the snow tires swapped out for the summer sneakers and wheels today

Until it starts

 

Installed new Brute Force Fab Hybrid front bumper.

 

Gave the tako a quick wash and added a set of offroadtown led fog pods.

 

finally mount and balanced my wheels

 

I wanted the bling of aluminum skids but the durability of steel. So I painted these metallic matte nickel. Should look nice on my black truck and almost like the OEM TRD skid in the front. I’m stoked to get these on before I do a crown king run on Monday, so I can get them properly broken in, haha.

 

I put airhorns on my Yamaha XS-750 years ago. Whenever I hit it I think people were looking for the semi-truck and would'a run me over in the process. That noise just didn't fit coming from me.

 

You went with a "cost conscious and smart" decision. It's the most popular setup for those of us not full-timing on the off road tracks. Mine will be back out of the shop today with the same setup. No idea about the X, tho.

Took the seats out, cleaned it (found 27 cents) and put the new seat covers on. Also added a 1" seat spacer from @olecoot. Between the spacer and the extra padding on the seat, the mirror is really in my field of view. So ordered up a mirror riser from Bird Dawg. That's it, I'm done spending money on this truck.*

I washed the salt off and did a quick wax job! Hope it stays clean for at least 24 hours haha. Cheers

 

Installed new shift knob

Came from a 3rd gen, looks real nice

 

Was yesterday but washed her.

Yes sir, unscrew the last knob and screw this one in.. got a crazy good deal for this knob so i got it.. let me know if you have any questions or need pictures of the knob for reference
