Pulsating brakes 95 camry

I'm having trouble with a 95 camry. The brakes have been replaced. Both rotors/pad in the front and the shoes/springs in the back. They still pulsate. You can feel it in the steering wheel also. Mostly at higher speeds, like an off ramp, but it's still there.

It was recently in a shop for the work but now I've made it my business to correct it. The list had gotten long and the AC went and that's over my head. Anyway, moving on.

First I'll probably pull the front wheels and make sure everything the mech said he did is new. If it is then I'm stuck.

What should I look for moving past the obvious Rotor warp?

Could a frozen caliper cause this? Like one piston is stuck?

Anyone have a link to a good camry or Toyota forum? I popped into TN but can't find much more.

Did you break your new pads and rotors in? I would check to see how far the rotor is warped and if it can be re-surfaced

 

if they are new rotors you may want to make sure they are seated correctly. also check the lug nut torque. x2 on the break-in of new rotors/pads

 

If the wheel shakes without touching the brakes, it's the tires. They're out of balance, out of round, or wheel is bent.

 

How are your wheel bearings? Sometimes bad bearings are more noticable when the brakes are applied.

If it pulsates all the time even without the brakes applied, then start looking at your tires/wheels (out of balance or bent rim).

Are you able to determine if it pulsates on one side or the other?

While it was in the shop both wheels bearings were replaced. Along with: radiator, AC compressor, both front axels and CV boots, rotors, pads, shoes, and springs. Needless to say the list was long and well worth the shop investment. The mech at the shop gave us the "just so you know the brakes are still jacked" talk b4 we left. He suggested an alignment claiming there's nothing else to do with the brakes. I disagree. I think.

Do you need an alignment after axel replacement? Would that cause the steering shake?

My GF will be out of town next week so I'm hoping to have all this cleared up by the time she gets back.
