    I really love that blue... its so awesome.. but was a little afraid of it... thought I might get tired of it after a few weeks... so I went with what I was familiar with... siliver... it doesn't show dirt.

    Love that blue! Great looking truck !

    i like the bug shield, is it close to the hood? Have had some on other trucks that rubbed paint off my hood.

    no its not close o nthe hood and they give little prtector things for the brackets

    you guys have that engine clicking noise too? sounds like an old typewriter its very annoying what do you guys think about it?

    Ya mine has it normal valve noise ever vehical has it some are just louder than others

    I've heard it referred to as the toyota tick... A girl I know has a TC that does it and my buddies 02 taco does it too, I have not heard it yet on mine but who knows...

    check it out drive it first then stop and open your hood, its coming from the right side of the engine and sounds like it needs valve adjustment.

    do you have the tick on your taco as well?

    does anybody use synthetic oil, someone said it helps the tick quiet down alot???

    Toyota truck engines have been ticking for years... its normal.

    My 97 4Runner has been ticking for the last 230,000 miles of use.

    no worries

    but i have a 97 4runner myself and i dont notice any ticking.

    I don't have the ticking either but i know lots of people with my model do and dont have any problems. From what i understand it's normal and there's no need to worry

    all engines tick some motors are louder than others its just the way it is
