Afternoon All. court went well and i may have played a small part but it was my son’s doing. before we went in i told son you may see the guy, remember how i taught you too pitch in highschool. whut? stand tall, no emotion, no smile no frown and never break eye contact till they do! in crowded lobby waiting on court room to open and son gives me a little elbow. the guy walked by at arms length stopped and looked at my boy. Son showed No Emotion pure eye contact till he turned away.Doin the cases judge called for people by officer and took guiltys first as they are fast to empty out a standing room crowd. game warden had two guiltys and judge asked about his last case. warden said would take a while lots of info and witness. judge calls guys name and how will you plead. GUILTY SIR whut? he went up read off 4 charges and pled guilty to all. cost him a pretty penny. on way home warden texed son and said he was caught off guard as the guy was a hand full when served. warden said i guess he saw you and changed his mind!! thanked son for showing up!

Thankya! Best part, it pays me and gets me outta here BEFORE August 4th when SS retirement age hits. I get all the advantages of early retirement, PLUS essentially full salary total as if I was working until mid Feb of NEXT year, all in a before retirement. No "extra" money spent to cover gap in insurance. Win/Win. Still gotta be here this summer, but truth be known, I wasn't quite ready to pack it in just yet. Too much work over the years just to walk away with things not finished. Biggest plus? I get to do this on MY terms and NOT someone else's....

Essentially I'm just available as a consultant now. Those who would object won't have much to say anyway...They're forced to admit defeat.
