    dyno (short for dynamometer) is a largs machine with a drum you put your rear tires on. you strap the truck (or anything else you want to test) down and use it to turn the drum. the 'dyno' uses sensors on the drumb and figures out how much force in what amount of time you put on it. (because HP is a function of time aswell as force).

    tid bit of useless info
    a horse can actually put out a peek of up to 14.7HP

    in between the 6th and 7th vertebra. helps with low to mid range power. better for pulling stumps and doesn't hurt your grain per mile.
