I think the story was that the texas plant was going to try to double its output, BUT just because they can produce 500k trucks doesnt mean they will.

There are plenty on lots right now and they dont seem very hard to get.

Well 2017 they sold 198k and 2018 it went to 245k, I would assume this year would be anywhere from 250k - 300k

Imagine that. If they sell 50k more trucks for an avg price of 30k that would be 1.5billion more in revenue.

I think it will also depend on your configuration and condition down the line. I just checked my area and there are zero used non sr5 manuals available. Corrected*

I find this hilarious. IMO, it's the one model that should be available as a row your own.

I'm buying a used one. Right now they're about 60k for a C7 Z06 and 70K for a GTR. Both with less than 15k miles on it. I've always wanted one, either or. I should be able to finally buy one in a couple of years in cash. I'm already at a point where I can finance one if I choose to.

    Thats actually quite incredible.

Honda's have outstanding resale value and 55% is the official residual value of a 2019 Accord after 3 years and only 45k miles... yours is booking out the same with over double the miles!

I would rather have the huge aftermarket support and lots of used parts down the road than resale value any day.

The midsize truck market is hot right now. Competition and availability of all makes will make these practical trucks affordable. There has to be even more people envious and saving to buy a used third gen than can actually afford one new. Toyota killed it in the looks department when it came to the 3rd gen. I’m not worried about resale value at all.
