What does this mean..??

 

It will never be gone. LOL, it's on the internet. The only thing that it won't do is anything that requires the online portal and login. For our purposes it does just fine.

 

My son is trying to download the Flash on to the computer here at the motel. We are getting this error.

 

It means people don’t know how to control their foot

 

It was downloaded but this error pops up when he tries to open it.

Keep getting the same error when we click run. Do we need something from Mat? We tried both files.

 

You’re missing that dll. Seems there’s a failure in the install sometimes. You can find that file on the net, or search this thread for that file name for instructions on how to find it.

 

I ran into the same issue, as did quite a few others. Try updating your computer with this file:

Ok, laptop is brand new. Good thing my son is doing this with all your help. It's beyond me . Lol

 

He did this and SUCCESS! Now what ? We have to get something to Mat?

 

Sweet. Do you have a dongle, or are you dongleless? If you have the dongle, you should be able to open the app, then update the app from the menu bar, and download whatever tunes you want to download. The can then use the drop down menu to help navigate to the folder where said tunes were downloaded to. Everything is done in app now. You can/will launch the flashing software from the app itself.

 

I think dongleless. It is at home in Wisconsin came in the mail while I have been in Florida for the last 2 weeks. Haven't even seen it yet. I am sitting in a motel in Kentucky heading back to Wisconsin just trying to get everything ready to go so can Flash when we get home. Think I need to email Matt before we can do anything else. Sending him an email with system I'd and my order #.

Yep, that's what I thought, didn't see that option in the pop down.

 

All these PC issues... and I'm just waiting here quietly waiting for the handheld...
