does your wife/gf use birth control?

if so what kind? my wife and I have a 2 month old and we dont want another one for a long time. She just got the mirena and im curios if anybody elses wife/gf uses that?

 

Even when taken correctly, the pill is only 99% effective, thus our 2nd son. After him, I got fixed.

 

my wife's birth control is not giving me any until i get snipped. we had our 2nd 4mo ago and that's enough for us. She was on one after our first but it was specific for nursing mothers. We looked into he IUD but last week on our local news, 4 OB offices were under investigation for implanting counterfit IUD's to save money.

 

No, my girl doesn't use it, I like living on the edge.

Hey, my gf uses the Nuvaring or however it's spelled, and I can definitely feel it a lot of times. It freaks me out. It's not so bad though... I mean it doesnt ruin the sex or anything.

I don't remember for sure if it was mirena, but the strings do hurt. If you go deep enough
But my discomfort paled in comparison to the side effects she had to put up with.

I'm interested as to what's a good birth control pill for the GF to use.
We recently started dating and obviously having some good times together... I encouraged her to get on the pill but she is scared that it will make her gain weight.

 

after our 1st and only child we used rubbers for a long time.im going to get clipped in 3-4 years.

 

Mine has a non-hormonal IUD. Don't remember what it is called, but it works! The strings are noticeable at the right angle, but not bothersome.

but the wife was on BC from when Baby John was 2 -5 months old.. they gave her what is called the Mini Pill.. That way there are no hormones from the pill that will transfer into the breast milk

 

Tell her to exercise and lay off the big macs and she'll be fine.
