Anyone having problems with the Front Runner Slimline 2 expedition rails making a vibrating noise? I have them going all the way around. I got everything pulled together as tight as I can but one or two of them are vibrating. Any ideas on how to stop this?

I kinda just gave up on trying to stop mine. It has held together well over the past two years...it just makes noise. Be interested in hearing if anyone found a solution.

I think I fixed it. I put a 3/4 inch 2 piece split collar on the rails that had to much play in them. I pushed the rail tight against one mid joint and put the collar on the opposite side. Seems to be working. I may try some E clips also. I'm trying to avoid taking it apart to use the shims provided. Plus they are all the same thickness.

Those worked but I took them off and used E clips. 20190410_191010.jpg 20190410_191043.jpg 20190410_191010.jpg 20190410_191043.jpg 20190410_191010.jpg 20190410_191031.jpg 20190410_191035.jpg They are better. Nothing but a little wind noise now.
