    Not recently other than the knock. I assumed that was the knock the TSB addressed. I ran a quart of the Lucas engine treatment over 100 gallons and around 1500 continuous miles, the truck is running better than before and with no knock.

    :notsure:

    I'm going to order some Toyota oil filters. The truck has around 6k left on the warranty. If the engine is going to blow up it needs to do it now and I don't want Toyota blaming the filter I'm using and deny any warranty work.

    Hope its nothing in the end really, how many miles you got on on it now? I just turned 60K recently, got some other things that need to be done now.

    Yep I’ve been known to throw a rod thru an oil pan a couple times an blow a cylinder wall once.
