They aren't that heavy. I had a truck load of stuff moved a HC by myself. It's just awkward AF being so big. Yours won't be that heavy until you add the swingout. For the 2nd gens the HC only weighs like 40 lbs more than the stock bumper and hitch. The 3rd gen is a little more since ya'lls back bumper is half plastic I think it's like 60 or so more without swingout. Eddy's told me the weights numerous times I just forget a lot.

I say play it by ear. Your truck is the important one here. I may just break mine down in the gravel outside. Or wait until we are done with yours and do it then. It's no big deal either way really. i just have to remember how I jacked the truck up off the axel. My only issue doing it outside other than moving the jack around in the gravel is the driveway slopes down a little away from the garage apron. It'll all work out

Yeah I think the HC weights 120 and the stock 3rd gen is 60 with the hitch.

Wonder how much I can sell the stock one for. Obviously I will have absolutely zero need for it.

I need to find my stock front tow hook too. Some guy on here sold his for $50 o_O

Cool I got all the materials I need to bed line it white and a Schultz gun to spray it. Flush mount lights are coming. I’ll just clean up, paint, and re seal one of the pods I have back there now to mount higher up

Lol yes I did. I am going to scuff just the outside is of the bumper itself and bedline just the outside white to match the front bumper. The pc will give it a really well sealed base and everything on the back side will be left black. I will leave the swingouts black as it will have my spare with white wheel mounted on it

I just figured having it powder coated would give it a better base and seal it better at least for a while. I’ve got my trasharoo to put back there also but idk if I’m going to drive around with that on all the time not concerned with winning expo points. Well really any points cause idgaf. If the truck gets ignored that’s fine less chance anybody will steal shit. Around here it’s all about the big diesels anyway

Agreed. I like the "expo" look, but not practical for every day shit.

Everyone in my AO drives bro-dozers, they aren't even looking at my truck.
