You will have to redo most of the work of installing the leaves to afterwards install bumps or u bolt flip kit. It's not that much work, but you will be doing most of the work twice if you do it afterwards.

Or if you piss off some crazy TW member, they could potentially use it to get personal info on you. I don't worry about it personally, but I think that's the concern.

I was thinking of doing this, too. How does it sound? Is it muffled at all since it's surrounded on 5 of 6 sides?

I think the phenomenon is related to Google Street view and the like pixelating them out. I am of the same opinion, if they are visible to the public anyway, why bother, but to each is own, not for me to judge.

    Too much.
The people I speak to on a daily basis during my driving tell me the Kenwood mic is a bit louder/more sensitive. My sis lives in Louisiana and we speak every morning during our commutes. She noticed a marked difference in volume and clarity in the Kenwood mic.

I did the same thing in my last truck (2009 Tundra).

I should have taken a picture of it. I laid the mic in there with the barrel end at a diagonal, and hot glued the area where the wire meets the mike to the little cubby area (this is the best way I can describe it). I'll take a pic in a few.

Did the ol pro grill swap and love the new look! Also did the drop in filter swap and took out the mesh (yes i know there is not any power increase, but if it gives me a little more noise and throttle response then im in haha) next up will be removing the chin spoiler and replacing the chrome emblems with the blacks ones

I'm more likely to piss off someone driving around and there's no getting around showing your plates in public. In all the years I've been driving and surely pissed off a few, I've never had someone use my plate numbers to "get me". Too many other things in this life to worry about and I don't care to live constantly looking over my shoulder. BTW, I also show my DL to people that ask to see it like cashing a check or going to the doctor. And good grief, when I write a check it's got my bank number and account number on it... GASP

As stated, I don't worry about it either. I was speculating as to why so many seem to care.

Edit: you sir are quite dramatic lol.
