    I told my guys pretty much straight what I wanted, I didnt ask their opinion on most things...then I got "talked" to By my Chief to be nice about it...To which I replied that was being nice! :notsure:.

    Story Time: I was the shop's training monitor at Aviano maybe 8 years ago and got the overdue list from training/mobility. I sent out an email saying "get your shit done and off the naughty list". Trouble was, my shop chief shared the name of an guy in charge of the IG. Next day I came into work with a reply asking several questions that needed answered by COB and why professional communication is important in the Air Force. Things that referenced the brown book and regs about communication etc. CC'd was the entire IG, base 1st shirts/chief's mailing list. My chief was cool with what I said but livid with the IG guy because his reply email was in no way handled at the lowest level or appropriate.

    I got in to an email battle with the "chow hall". I wish I still had the correspondence...LOL. Basically it started out as the "chow hall" had an open forum to critique their food. I started out talking to someone in the lower levels...at the time I was E-6. a few days later of back and forth about consistency being off in the Gravy( one day its spot on perfect next day is burned and brown), and how I as an aircraft mechanic am held to a higher standard where I have to be consistently perfect, I get chewed out by an E8. I basically said if you cant take criticism you need to make it anonymous. I got a little ass chewing about smarting off to the E8, but still got a laugh out of my boss an E7. Guess I spoke the truth...and some E8 got his feelings hurt...

    wow what a fiasco...I logged in about 7pm and about 1:30min later I got it. I logged out of the site about 1:25 min into it and soon as I logged out it was ready...LOL
