Mobtown Offroad Taxman Sale - EXTENDED (Close Date 2/28/18)

Whose did you buy?

 

My first choice was BAMF, but I was shocked at how much shipping was from the west coast to Florida. But I learned that shipping is just generally expensive.

Mobtown was the second brand I considered, but the coupon code I tried to use was a year old. I actually thought my wife had already ordered it, but there was a miscommunication.

But RCI ended up cheaper. RCI has the standard kick out with no charge. And I also liked that they have a standard DOM outer rail, I know there are others that do this as well.

It seems like Mobtown is an awesome choice, and shipping from DE was good. Just looking at the prices after shipping I went with RCI. RCI has a shorter time estimate as well. Which is good for me, but I also feel like I'm spreading the love more with a brand that doesn't seem as popular.

In the end, I just like that we are all supporting these small "local" businesses.

 

Any chance of running a similar promotion? Or any upcoming promotions I should wait for? @Mobtown Offroad

 

Still hoping to catch the 2nd Gen RED Dome in stock. Harder to find then a virgin on Spring Break in Daytona!

 

This promotion is from last year and they seem to have plenty of business.

I ended up buying RCI sliders on sale.

Those Mobtown products look clean though.

 

We will not be running any promotions or discounts in the foreseeable future. When we do, the influx in sales only hurts us because it’s difficult to build and ship the products quickly. It’s our hard enough us right now to be on time, let alone bring in even more work.

 

I understand this was last years promotion. Was just curious if they were going to something like it again considering it’s roughly the same time of the year.
