    By the sounds of the word "tie ya" I'd say there is nothing RedNeck about this. It's from the old neighborhood. They do this all the time with roadside repairs on big trucks.

    Note for those doing this on the trail -- be aware of your surroundings and don't ignite the local vegetation. ;)

    I've done that numerous times on my dads tractor tires and learned not to do that on a wheel with a split rim... We had the outer ring on a road grader blow off and cut a circle through some thick brush. I love redneck shit.

    Just watching the news and they say one of the major fires that are burning in California was started by someone changing a tire.....good call.
