I do, but I'm heading out of town in about 10 minutes... I'll be back on Monday or Tuesday, depending on how much fun I have.

Holy crap. So get this, my Weber was untouched as was my Oklahoma joe. We got to the shop and set up in our trailer and my mom sent us a new Weber performance. Now I have three. I'm busier than a one legged man in an ass kickin contest trying to use all of them.
But I'm happier than a puppy with two peters to have them.

    Can’t kill a Weber!

Sounds like it’s time for a dedicated cold smoke smoker

I have a cabinet smoker big enough for 475 pounds of tri tip and it's all wood heat. Used to do weddings and other gatherings. Also saved my good dutch ovens too. I can't wait to have a real cowboy style cook out. Potatoes, beans, peach cobbler, rice pudding and I think I'll do some real brisket for dessert.
