So he’s gone and I have no idea where he went. He lived with his mom and she kicked him out. Haven’t seen him since this whole deal went down. Court date is coming up. Will see how things go.

One time a pedestrian punched the side of my truck because I rolled a stop sign while running late for work. No damage to truck, but I did cuss the guy out before driving off...

 

I would have to think that you could contend that you fear his lack of control and also file for an order of restraint as well as "mental anguish" suffered since. I would get a Ring.com or similar set-up and install it while he's in the can; you've got to watch your property, pets, and yourself from now on with a crazy neighbor like that!

 

Was he trying to cross? I hope not. I had a guy try to make a left turn at a light when my wife and I were crossing the intersection on foot, we had the right of way (walk sign on) and he gunned it right in front of us. I put a nice big dent in the bed side of his Frontier with my foot, luckily for me I was wearing my hiking boots and not my sandals like I sometimes do on our walks.
