Sorry, long post- this was last couple weekends regear -went from 4.88’s to 4.56’s, looking to get some mpgs back, loved it on trails and in city traffic but sitting at 3000 rpms around 70 mph was killing the drivability and working the engine.

ECGS really is amazing, rear 3rd was covered under warranty (pinion bearing) so for front and rear regeared to and from WA $732, its rare to find companies standing behind their work, they have my loyalty.

Also remanufactured manual hub cv’s from Toyota, no parts store garbage because...manual hubs. Werd.

Tired of tearing boots, just rebuilt both cvs less than a year ago with genuine Toyota kits and one already had a torn innerDonar truck- my little sisters 97 that finally had the engine puke a couple years back with 390,000 on it after her driving it 17 years, which is a small miracle it lasted that long- all she ever did was change the oil, I was the one keeping that thing alive for the past decade

That thing is mine now! I’m planning on doing a body swap since the body on mine is pretty bad from me thrashing it, plus I bought it rebuilt.

Lastly added Trail Gear diff protection- not that I ever hit the back of the diff hard enough to warrant it, but shit happens and I don’t plan on pulling my third again for a loooong time if I don’t have to.

Anybody know the gauge thickness of the stock exhaust manifolds?

 

Are you just running there stock valving? Or did you ask for something different?

 

Just stock for now.

 

I thought i had read some where that you weren't happy with their stock valving.

 

Finally painted the truck green originally was silver but went to coyote tan and now green the tan faded after 5years so it was tome for something new gReen!!!

 

From my notes:
Grease: Included individual packets from Toyota kit.

• Black for the outer boot.
• Brown for the inner boot.

Gunny is back? I'm about to place my second order with them next week and last I heard he had moved out of that position...

 

After dealing with them as of late, it’s my understanding that he has but someone is still in place for orders. Perhaps someone else can chime in with more info.

 

No was likely @Squeaky Penguin as I have never had oem replacement ads shocks. I have their long travel shock and it's freaking great.
