You two may have to cordinate where you’ll be meeting up.

I’m pretty sure there are a few stock guys going. From what it seems it is just some back roads and maybe some mud worst case.

Welcome by the way. I’ll add you up to the first page.

If someone can bring like 2 ft of fishing wire, the stuff i bought for my 3D printer is hard to keep tension on which is resulting on poor prints and shifting layers. @Atlas86 you had some before we forgot to exchange lol

something like this, But i cant justify that much length lol. Maybe i just need to get into fishing more?

Lol I'll leave the line from last time in my truck, but it's braided line.

And line has many uses. You can hang targets from the trees, set traps for people

I feel there are some better options out there. Especially for the price of one those (https://ok4wd.com/alu-cab-khaya-prime-camper 34K US fully loaded, not installed....) ....4wheel camper slide ins are nice, and you can take them off at camp. Also the go-fast campers (my personal favourite), flipac (no longer in business)

this site has a bunch of them
    https://adventuretrailers.com/campers/

There are also a lot of DIY campers like that as well. Start with a shell and have a hinge that opens up. Lots of interesting designs on expedition portal

Yea there are cheaper options, I liked the layout and setup of that one. Seems well thought out and designed.

oh yeah. but for that price, you can set it up yourself for your needs and your style of wheeling.

Sorry to be a buzz kill....

Not killing any buzz, will be 5 years yet before I am getting anything like this. Lots of time for the market to perfect them. I wont be DIY it. I will be purchasing a beautiful setup, perfect and exactly what I want.

The go fast campers are pretty cool. I forgot which one @Norilsk mentioned to me, but they had a less complicated setup.

A lot of options out there though. just watch the weight. Even with my setup, you can feel it.

    EDIT:
    this is pretty cool...

Welcome! And now I understand your DM to me :)

Click on the bruce run hyper link in the event posting (that everyone has been helpful in re-posting while I've been working today!) and it will take you to the Gaia GPS maps page. You're free to meet us at any rally point along the way. https://www.gaiagps.com/public/5wpiYx6ALg3ZT1tXiEuw9BU1

Depending on how much driving you want to do that day, you could meet us in Owen sound or further south at 1056-1116 * Alderson's Repair, 313041 Hwy 6, Varney, ON N0G 1R0 (4 minutes south of Durham) before we do the Allan Park portion of the run.

I'm surprised no one (@Manfred ) noticed this potential detour and commented lol

    upload_2019-3-22_14-6-43.jpg

I'm going through my old Airsoft gear looking for all my FRS/GMRS handhelds so we can have some Comms for the drive.

If you are bringing your own let me know so I don't go spending a fortune on new AAs

Figure if any of us get stuck (hopefully not me.. one recovery a month is more than enough!) the radios could come in handy in additional to random chatter
