Well it is official I have stepped up to the big leagues. The truck is officially sitting on 35/12.5 R17.

Now to figure out new fender liners, cab mount chop 2.0 and get some trim to cover the edges of the fenders, where they were cut.

Not sure really. Trucknis getting ready to go under the knife for a cage at the end of the month. Cage needs to be done by 4th of July when we leave for the rubicon. After that trip we will probably have to stay local for a while to save money for the wedding.

Ae you going to do the cage yourself? I would love to make it back down to AZ but I just dont know when that will happen. Look forward to seeing your report on the Rubicon. That is a trip I would like to do in the future.

Yep doing it myself. Steel is sitting in my shed, I am just gathering the last few little pieces and waiting until I don’t have to worry about needing the truck for snow before I start.

I’ll for sure be posting pics of the rubicon and the cage in my build thread when it comes time. But basically have a trip to glamis planned at the end of this month and then I’ll be tearing the truck down for the cage.

That should be a fun project. Ya I am doing a trip to Utah at the end of the month. We will see if I run the new tires. It all depends upon the weather

Got some new gas cans today.

Also I have bought some pelfreybilt NATO can holders for these. I bought a single can holder and a two can holder. This way I can bolt the single can most of the time but have the double can for my longer trips.

No you take a picture of the spout to show the size, so you dont get arrested or band from TW.

Is that a CA approved spout? Are we going to have to wait 15 minutes for you to attempt to fill your tank while spilling gas all over the place?
