I'm looking to atleast level the front of my 09 DC TRD Sport. I don't know much about this subject, but I'm thinking of putting the Bilstein 5100s all the way around.

If i buy both front and rear, what settings would level it up, maybe even with a small lift?

And finally would 265/70/17 (Stock TRD Sport rims) look good with this setup?

talk to them about the tsb that is. it should be free if there are any problems with your current one. about the 5100's, i don't know much. i do know that if you get the tsb, the rear end will be higher than it was before. that will probably only require you to get the 5100's in the front to level it. assuming you get the rear tsb done, you will set the 5100's higher than you would have if you don't get the tsb. that will translate to 2"-3" lift all around? that's what i've learned and got from reading other people's threads/posts on here anyway.

anybody that has done this process help me out/correct me if i'm wrong. i know there are a lot of you guys; i'm just a spacer lift guy  lol

Yeah, i wouldn't mind just putting the 5100s in the front, save me some cash to put towards new tires. Just curious what size/brand spacer lift you put in you truck. Thats the stance im looking for out of mine. Im not picky with what i put in, it'll never see offroad, nor gravel haha.

yeah, i hear that the 5100's are nice, but a little more expensive than the spacer. the 5100's really aren't necessary if you are not seriously off-roading or anything. that's why i just got the spacers. it gives you the look you want without the price. i really don't know the brand of mine. i just went into my local tire and wheel guy (that i trust to treat me right and do things right) and told him i wanted 3'' in the front. he said the 2.5" spacer would work just fine. i didn't even ask the brand, just had it done and paid him. i don't really think brand matters a lot either; it's just gonna be a piece of metal that goes in there regardless of brand. but yes, it was a 2.5'' spacer, which will really give you about 3" of lift from what i've read on here. you will actually sit a little nose high if you just get that. so you might want to go with a block or add a leaf in the back to get it level. probably 1.5'' block or leaf or 2" to get the back a tad higher. you can actually get all the from toyotec right here : i guess what i got was the second link

also, what you asked about the tires; i'd put 265/70's on it. or 285/70's for a "beefier" look, lol. they will fill up the fender wells a little better. i'm running 265/75/16's for now, i would like 285's, but can't until money allows

Yeah, i like those, and like the prices even more!! I notice the 3" front has a 2" rear AAL, and 2.5" front also has a 2" AAL. I don't know much, but wouldnt the 2.5" sit higher in the rear? Or is that what the 1.5" block option is for?

From what I've read, us canucks already have the TSB from the factory. Your truck seems higher in the rear from that picture, so I suspect you have the four leaf pack already. 5100's up front set at 1.75" should you even you out;)

yeah, if you get the 3'' kit, it should be pretty level. if you get the 2.5" kit and want a level look, probably wanna get the 1.5" block or 1.5" add a leaf. the 2" will make the back maybe a little higher, i mean it's only a half inch. but if you want it level, go for the 1.5". and yes, the prices and the reality that i don't off-road persuaded me to get these over the 5100's

I just did some rough measuring with a flashlight haha... From the center of my wheels my front is about 2.25 lower than my rear. So with the 3"front spacers and 1.5" rear blocks that should give me closest to level? From what i can tell 1.5" blocks will give me 3/4" higher rear, and 2" AALs with give me 1.25" higher rear. Unless someone gives me a good reason, i guess its the 1.5" blocks lol

5100's all 4 corners, front at .85 with Eibach Coils, Rear TSB w/AAL, TRD Catback Exhaust, AFE Pro Dry S, Duratracs, redline hood struts, maglight mod, weathertechs
I have the TSB springs with 5100s up front at the 1.75 setting. Rear is still slightly higher but looks pretty level. I got about 1.6 inches of real world lift up front with the billies. Ride is firmer but not harsh or anything. I just got rears but haven't had a chance to install them.
