Under tune version. Select base. Then you will get the octane options. Base is the only tune available for 04B03 currently. Mathew said he plans to have performance and gear lock finish by the end of the month.

You should watch the installation video. It'll answer all your questions.

So I’m running with 91 octane and go with 04b03?

Watch the video in the first post. It walks you through everything step by step.

Recently I got the TSB update on my 2018 (T-SB-0062-18; which definitely made a positive change), now it has the 04A6 calibration ID, AT, could I still order and get an ovtune flash?

Follow the instructions... they show you how to see ECU calibration
Nobody can tell you what yours is without identifying it

It's like asking the end user to restart their computer.

On the video it doesn’t show step by step on the drop boxes.

You didn't watch far enough. There's a part that shows you how to identify your ECU ID.

And also, you need to register your computer before you can flash your truck.

Copy that. What’s the difference between base and performance? I apologize for being so annoying with this.
