If you decided to sell your bed rack and get a camper I might be interested.

 

I was going to say it must be a girl.

 

Original tires are supposedly 30.6, so that would be half way between the two (~2673 RPM). 4.10's with 33's would put it 2721 while 4.30's would put it 2827. While my speedo was best with 265/70/R17's which would have been at a 31.6 tire and exactly on the border of balanced and less powered.

So, 4.10's would put my slightly better balanced than stock, which was on the edge of balanced and less powered. 4.30's would put me right at the edge of more power...

 

Finally welded my own sliders on. I can finally go wheeling again.

Dude probably doesn't have the tool to set the timing on the fuel injection pump. What would this be worth running?

 

Its hard to say, the price on them is all over the place.
He didn't say anything about rebuilding the axles that are 32 years old, With it being lifted it will most likely need a high steer steering kit. Said he had a spacer for the front drive shaft but the rear will most likely need a custom driveshaft. Has diff gears but I would change the transfer case gears too.
They are a big project to get them right but fun rides when they are done right.

 

I’ll end up up keeping the rack too for camping. The shell will be for work.

 

Time to ride some trails! Will be the first time I actually get to use the gopro on the mountain bike so we will see how it goes.

Dang that was a good time started off a little cold but felt great by the time we got warmed up. Gonna try and get the videos uploaded. Domt expect anything awesome I am at best a rookie mountain biker.

I want an upgrade, but don't go enough right now to justify it. Really wanting to get more into it.
