Yep. Click Setup > VIM SELECT and choose openport from the dropdown like @disk_55FL showed.

Did you "install all software" and install the openPort (Tactrix) drivers? Disable antivirus and/or windows defender?

Just purchased OVTune and bought the cheapest Asus PC laptop I could find! I’m really hoping the install/flash goes smoothly and that I end up a happier camper rather than wanting to trade in my truck!

I was in the same boat.

I’m also geared. Nonetheless, after the tune I’m keeping it

First impressions, tip in is noticable for sure, probably can get use to it. Gets up to speed lickity split! Some erratic shifting initially, hoping that will resolve itself. Seems to want to get to 6th gear right away, like by 40mph. Didn't expect that. Does hold 6th well and still has peddle without downshifting right away, even climbing small hills at 70mph, this I like! Haven't had on the interstate yet. I am on 91 performance, 34" tires, 4.88's.

I designed it and artwork was sent to katskin via computer. They did it before they sent us the seat kit. 20190323_203526.jpg

Just wait until he gets the custom tunes for our trucks with gears and larger tires! These tunes are are more stock friendly!
