That would be a lot of work, and up to the user/installer. I found no need. It's just an air-gap of the plastic snorkel housing and fender, no noise/vibrations and only noticed within 5 feet if you're looking for the fitment.

It's an aesthetic thing. It is 100% sealed and tight, if you want it to have a tighter fit then you can do other things like body filler to expand the fender or rubberized insulation to take up the gap, but it's a 3.5"x2" oval (eye-balled) that is the tube from the snorkel housing to the intake-snorkel tube. It's completely sealed but the fender gap isn't perfect. You really won't notice, imho, unless you're looking for it. I have tree/rock dents, brush scrapes and so on so it looks good to me.

SP or NP? I've spent very little time in the NP but have camped & off road all over the SP for about 9 days total.

From what I understand, the ARB fills the lines in the fender better, but it's still not perfect. I opted for the cheaper, directly made one.

Not sure what you mean, but assuming you aren't familiar with that mod.... Apparently our trucks come with extended breathers on the front diff from the factory, but not on the rear for some reason. I followed this thread:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/my-differential-breather-mod-photos.111954/

Theres a ton of info about it in there if you read through

I ended up using this to hide the line. Works well. Pain to get it pinched in while tightening though

    Two great mods today:

First was the Meso Custom gasshole. Such a simple thing but makes a big difference.
    57507343511__5AC8B3A6-2C15-4B5D-A5BF-13F4567B498D.jpg

Second was adding a dual USB port to the rear of the center console for passengers in the back seat. HUGE shout out to Col4bin for his help with the install. Offering advice here online and giving up his free time to be available via facetime to help with questions I had along the way. Very happy with the way it turned out!

Scaled it today after I put the raft and all the gear on the trailer.
I think the trailer could handle a can or two of beer.

I don’t typically praise Harbor Freight tools, but this oil filter vice grip wrench has come in handy so many times when the filter is on to tight, it is well worth having in the tool box.
