What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Two great mods today:

First was the Meso Custom gasshole. Such a simple thing but makes a big difference.


Second was adding a dual USB port to the rear of the center console for passengers in the back seat. HUGE shout out to Col4bin for his help with the install. Offering advice here online and giving up his free time to be available via facetime to help with questions I had along the way. Very happy with the way it turned out!

 

Scaled it today after I put the raft and all the gear on the trailer.
I think the trailer could handle a can or two of beer.

I don’t typically praise Harbor Freight tools, but this oil filter vice grip wrench has come in handy so many times when the filter is on to tight, it is well worth having in the tool box.

 

Is there a full write up on the USB wiring? That’s nice

 

There's a better one like channel locks.

 

Adjustable vice grips work great for me.

This is very handy. I did similar several months ago so back seat passengers could charge digital devices. I opted for a twin receptacle with both USB and standard 12v so I could plug in our twin headrest mounted DVD system for trips.

 

Let it roll around in red dirt.

 

Got around to getting the front windows tinted to match the back

 

thats nice.. im old and forgetfull so I did this

 

Maybe that’s what I should have done lol!

I'm with you, I rarely use "Harbor Freight" & "Tools" in the same sentence, However, that wrench does look interesting, I will pick one up to join the many others in the cabinet.

 

I recently purchased a set of floor liners & a cargo liner for my wife's suv, a great product!!
