Thanks man, It’s a quivalizer from option archery. I really like it. Very stable while reducing weight on an already heavy bow by going two for one.

They are very different, and represent different sections of the hunting community I think. Dudley has a tendency to overpower conversations, and Rinella, well, is Rinella. I'm not so sure Steve really cares so much about the super fine aspects of honing the craft. But he did mention losing focus at full draw and I think it would benefit him.

Ideally I think filming the super group hunts they do in Lanai (Rogan, Cam Hanes, Remi Warren, Shane Dorian, Adam Greentree, etc) where they all team up a day and then swap out, would make for really enjoyable watching

My wife has been having a hard time with target panic, so I though about getting her the Accubow. It's tough for her to go outside and shoot when shes at home with the kids.

I call it twitchy trigger finger...lol I make it a point to hold my finger behind the trigger until I feel Im ready to shoot then I put my finger in front of the trigger ready to pull.

This is the same thing I’ve been doing. Helps me settle on my target easier.

This. I've been through Joel's training in person. If you struggle with target panic spend the money. Period.

Don't buy an accubow. I got one on black Friday for like half off, it isn't worth $40 tbh. It does nothing for compound archers, recurve sure, but I got rid of mine. It would be good for shoulder rehab, but their 30"/70# is crap. I ripped it apart, literally, within 20 minutes. The whole assembly fell apart and they sent me a new one

I think he has online training courses as well. At first some of his teachings sound like witch magic, but of you listen with an open mind it makes a lot of sense.

I know folks do it....but me personally, could never use a tension (back tension) release for hunting. The whole idea of a back tension release is a surprise release. You don't know when the release is going to happen. When I'm hunting, and I have a narrow window of opportunity, I want to call the shot, so to speak. Back tension release to help overcome TP. Absolutely. Back tension under hunting conditions. Not for me.

Anyhow, been planning a DIY elk hunt. Boots were at the top of the list of big ticket items. After much reviews, chatting with other elk hunters, I settled on the Lowa Camino GTX. Came across a guy on the Bowsite that had a brand new pair for sale. Just didn't fit his feet right. Bottom line.....I got a brand new pair of $325 kicks for $100. :bananadance: My wife thinks I saved $225. Nope. Gonna put it towards a Kuiu Attack pants and Rubicon jacket or Peleton 240 zip hoody.

Just took first in an indoor 3d shoot today. Shot an 8.25 average on the course. My goal with the recurve is always to shoot better than an 8 average. 20190323_162310.jpg

Here are the belt buckles the wife and I collected over the years at archery shoots...we had a good run so far. Buckle shoots will start a little later this year.IMG_20171230_114337_351.jpg
