Should we start a GoFundMe to get you a Pro grill?

    The worst.

It’s like pan frying a filet mignon in A1 sauce until it’s well done.

And to think the cheap plastic junk serves no purpose at all over the regular grill.

SoCal, and guilty as charged (faux-pro type). Could not wait to get the chrome cheese grater off. First thing I did to the truck. Definitely prefer the front and profile look over the oem grille. Chrome emblems and such don't bother me much. But that grille had to go. My only aesthetic mod. Rest of the truck budget $$$ have gone and will continue to go toward making the truck work the way I want it to.

One of these days I'll get the pro-skid off of there. Came on the truck. Need to get some real armor under there, that thing isn't going to cut it. And the rear plastic bumper coming off soon as well.

The popularity of the Pro grill demonstrates it's probably the one Toyota should have installed in the first place.

The original shiny grill just does not look good on a QS truck.

    20160408_175402.jpg

It looks so much better with a black grill and its protrusion lessens the "fat bottom lip" look of the front bumper.

    20180922_121324.jpg

My first two trucks said TOYOTA on the grill and when they changed to the sumbrero logo in 92 I hated it. With a Pro grill I can have the retro feel again with an OEM fit.

I installed the Pro grill Jan 2017 so very few actual Pro trucks or swapped grills were running around my area then.

If the X-Trek had been available in late 2016 I would have installed that instead, I really like that grill but not enough to replace my Pro grill.

I usually see 1 in 10 trucks with a Pro grill, most here are 18+ so they're running the newer OR or Sport grill. Those guys dont seem as quick to swap out.
