Coil-Overs (Cranked to the Moon)

This is why you do not crank your OEM Replacement coil-overs above
3" of ride height.

What you mean to tell me that my Tacoma didn't come from the factory with long travel capability stock...PSH, I'm going to buy a Ford Rapter!

Sorry out of respect for our vendors, I am not telling you the name of the
company that manufactured them.Also it is not the manufacturers fault that a customer thinks a 3.0" lift means 4" or 5" of lift.
But I will tell you they were not Kings.

The only reason I posted the pic is because we were supposed to work on the shocks in the picture and they were not able to be repaired.
It would have cost more to repair them then to get a deal on a new set by the time you bought all of the Parts.
I wanted to let everyone know that there is a reason that the Instructions
that come with the Replacement OEM Coil-Overs usually only say up to 3" of lift or ride height.
Just trying to save people out there some headache and hopefully some cash so they do not ruin a perfectly good set of coil-overs.
