R and RC are always jumpered unless you have both, so use one or the other and leave the jumper. I don't think B is necessary

 

From what I remember you use B or O but not both

The old thermostat had all of them connected.

Shits arcane haha. Test it for function, if it doesn't work try it the other way around

 

You have furnace and central air right?

 

I installed three of the thermostat he is putting in about 3 weeks ago at work. Each on was wired differently with different number of wires. Building has been reworked so many times I just went to town and guessed based on what the old ones used

Yes furnace and A/C. Don’t know if it’s a Heat Pump though. It’s a big square box with a square duct.

Did the AC unit outside come on for heat function? and does it have AUX heat to help the AC unit if the last question was a yes?

 

That box has the burners in it right and then a big blower wheel fan?

AZ is the land of the heat pump, and when it gets below freezing and the aux heat fails, it's the land of the AC unit fire

 

A lot of people use the autorust panels I think.

actually I have heard of autorust company recently and am researching

well i don't have 50grand sitting in my lap yet LOL nor would I have use for a 4dr small bed can't reach the middle without stepstool, can't put a 6ft ladder init,etc.
so i gotta put the cash into my little taco keep er on the road until i'm pushing up daises lol
