I have front Bilstein 5100's on backorder which should be in stock shortly.
I was originally just going to set them at 1.1" and be done but,
now I am thinking of adding a 1" block and Bilsteins to the rear
as well and going to the 4th notch up front.
Truck is mainly a D.D. with a little off road seasonal/fire roads etc.
    Probably going 265/70/17 Wildpeaks....

So go 1.1" and done or add the rear and go higher?

Set it to 1.1 and done or move up to a ome coil for more lift in front and throw the block in the back.

Get either a longer coil with a higher spring rate in front. Don't adjust height with preload.
