Here in Georgia they just made it illegal to text while driving. If you cause a wreck and kill someone you can be charged with vehicular homicide.

Great post, talking on a handheld while driving increases your chance of causing an accident by ~4 times, Driving while texting increases your chance by over 20 times!!! Put down the phone and slow down!!!
Using handheld devices here in Manitoba has just been made illegal and not a moment too soon!!

Thats seriously not funny whoever laughed at that, i had three friends die in a horrible car crash because of speeding and yeah they were dumb but they are still people and we all make mistakes, and i have no shame that i will say that i cried during parts of this, especially the one where they are on the dirt road and slam into a tree ... wow! life is so fragile guys. please be safe out there, always pay attention, I am guilty of doing distracting things while driving but after seeing this it really puts things in perspective. Our lives can be snatched away in a flash.

my cousin was killed in a high speed crash in 1996, he was ejected from the car, his corvette looked like it was hit by a bomb, it was in a thousand pieces. RIP Brad.

    Yes.

It is amazing some of the shit you see on the road. I stopped at a crosswalk in the middle of a main road that is two lanes in each direction, this crosswalk wasn't at an intersection just randomly placed along the road. I stopped in the right lane to let an old man cross, meanwhile there is a van coming up behind me at about 35-40 and being in a big ass hurry he decided to quickly change lanes to go around as the guy passed in front of me and stepped right in front of the van. The guy in the van slammed on his brakes and luckily came to a stop nearly inches away from hitting the old man.
