Took the Tacoma off a drop bigger than expected and she took a good hit. Anyways I removed the mangled skip plate and saw that my frame and some other components took some damage. Below are some photos and I was wondering what parts these are so i can order replacements.

Good hit! Looks like the skid plate and supports did their jobs.

Those both go when you add an aftermarket skid plate, so I'd replace the bent part and your skid with an aftermarket one. I replaced mine with ones from SOS Offroad Concepts, they've taken a couple of good hard hits (and have a good dent from one) but have held up great.

The first picture is what I want to replace. The frame hasn't caused any issues in ride or performance but was also wondering if its worth bending back or not. Lastly the bushing is pinched and was wondering if its worth worrying about.

Your frame is not bent. Components that bolt to the frame are bent. Get aftermarket skid and call it a day.

The front cross member (2nd picture) is bent slightly upwards. I'm probably just gonna leave it be

Took it off a 10 ft drop going 30mph (horizontally airborne 20ft) down a good hill with 2ft of snow and covered in basketball size + rocks. Got out and kicked out the snow from the tires and drove her down the rest of the mountain! Truck is a beast but it stresses me out thinking about it haha

I'm trying to picture this correctly.
You drove off a 10ft high cliff at 30mph, then nose dived into rocks and some snow.

    Why?

Icy Road..... Took it off a steep hill going sideways. Looks like those bent pieces get tossed with an after market skid plate, might have to bolt some steel flat bar to the frame to shim it for mounting the new skid.
