Maybe $32 for a tee shirt is what's wrong with America?

I'd rather buy a 15 to 20 dollar shirt made by Americans. I wouldn't be surprised if those shirts came from Malaysia and were just printed here. Let's get real, they're just t-shirts. Good luck though, jmho.

Everyone buys what they like, regardless of price. Some people are into expensive t-shirts, watches, truck stuff, and etc. So what's really wrong with America? It's the people that have nothin better to do than to judge people who buy expensive stuff that they normally wouldn't buy themselves. Who gives a shit? You didn't buy it so who are you to judge.

Tell your friend good luck with his business. $32 for a t shirt is not expensive.

Thanks man, I agree. Some people might think it's stupid to spend thousands of dollars on a truck but clearly people do it. A Gucci t-shirt is well over $100 but people buy them. Some people just get their rocks off by putting other people down...like I said those shirts aren't for them.

Not my cup of tea but good luck to them. They do have good intentions but america needs alot more help then what a T-shirt line is going to provide lol. And $32 is a very expensive shirt to prob 85% of america, just sayin

yes.... the problem is that Americans want ridiculous prices for products that are not "worth" it... $32 for maybe $5 worth of cloth and $3 worth of ink... bleh!

regardless its still a cheap ass shirt with a stupid saying on it

    those guys are idiots too...

the amount of material and a reasonable price for labor plus a small profit is fine... its just when you get gouged for a product that is produced for less than $10 being sold for $32 is ridiculous

the difference is that a truck (and parts) takes skilled manufacturers to produce... while a T-shirt regardless of who made it is still a CHEAP product

you paying extra for the name... and the overpaid workers... no matter how you cut it t-shirt making is unskilled labor and therefore should not be paid much

The problem with American worker is that he expects more for less output... this is why cheap labor intensive (with small margins) products are made in foreign countries. Do you really think its appropriate to pay $32 for a T-shirt that minus labor charges cost about $4 to make? The difference being labor for an unskilled worker doing minimal work... and the rest being profit? please!

get a real job instead of hocking garbage marketed as if it were gold...

HAHAHA, how much do you think it costs to make a hella light? or a steel wheel? Pretty much everything anyone buys is marked up a good amount. What do you know about it? maybe the shirts cost them 12-15 bucks and then they have to get them printed. Not to mention they donate a portion of all profits to charities.

The statement "a portion of proceeds goes to charity" doesn't really mean much. Anyone can say that and can doate any amount they want ($1 to $1million) to any charity they want. It is a marketing statement.

Solus, you clearly have at least a few grand put into your truck. Someone who buys a $100 shirt might call you an idiot for doing that, but that's what you are into. Just because someone has different interests then you doesn't make them an idiot...open your mind up

I'm not doubting their intentions, just saying that without specifics (how much, to where) it is just a saying. IMHO
