I have a 2002 2.7L. Every time after i pump gas it is hard to start the truck. It will just keep cranking but not turn over until after a while i get lucky. After that if i turn the engine off and restart then it starts up fine. Anyone have this issue before?

I didn't have this issue exactly, but I had something like it. When I tried to start it when it was warm, like after getting gas or something like that, it would start but would idle at like 200 rpm. If i tried to give it gas it would rev up then when I let off the gas it would die. Then I would start it back up and it would be fine. So, it ended up being the IAC (Idle Air Control) valve. Over time they get all gunked up and won't let enough air in when idling. I ended up getting mine cleaned at my mechanic. I'm not sure what the name of the process he did was, but he basically sprayed a solution into my intake tube and revved the engine and it fixed it. I'm sure there are some tutorials here or on youtube about cleaning them.

I replaced the idle air control valve already, but with the cheap one on Amazon. I know it was a bad idea but they got me on the price.

It does have an evap code. I forgot what it was, I have to go home and pull the code with my scanner.
And randomly once in a while the truck does not start in the morning until a good 30 seconds or so cranking then it will start right up but engine shakes until i tap the gas then it smoothes out.
