Finally had a free day yesterday to install my lift. It was a long grueling process. lots of cursing and bumped heads getting up from under. But it was worth it to do it myself (with some help towards the end from my brother and dad)

Took about a month to gather all the necessary components. Didn't want to throw an arm and leg buying everything in a bundle. I think I did pretty good considering I spent about $350 on the set up before the alignment. (Craigslist and OfferUp are your best friend, if you buy new)

    Suspension build:
    Bilstein 5100 on all 4
    OME 885 in the front
    new set top hats
2 in lift block in the back (Before you all anti-blockers bite my head off. I'm planning on getting the progressive AAL eventually, a little out of my budget right now. Rides pretty good considering)

Anywho here are the pics :D

3" Lift, AMP Running Boards and tailgate step, ANZO head and tail lights.
Can't say that I've noticed any additional nose dive after the upgrade but I did adjust the rear brakes as well though, but definitely wouldn't hurt to adjust the rears.

They are only $200-500 each. https://www.cvjreman.com/product-tag/9808/ . There are further customized options for race that are more $$ other places though you CAN spend 2k on a set of axles or more probably.

How long did it take you to receive your skid plate from them? I ordered mine 3-4 weeks ago and still haven't even gotten shipping info...

Removed my skids in preparation for some maintenance tomorrow. Also supposed to be nice and sunny tomorrow so will probably pressure-wash the skids and hit them with a fresh coat of paint.

I've thought of doing something very similar. I hate when I can't see the damn thing in the daylight!

I got it dirt cheap off another member. They are like 380 or something like that new. I got it for less than half that.

Their pants are good, but you can find a lot of way better stuff for cheaper on their duty gear stuff.
