    That's YOUR truck?

    Lol KEWL, feel the freedom!

I plan my parking, I don't use car washes,

I avoid trails with too many bushes and bring a sawzall, chainsaw and hedge trimmer when I do,

Most FUN and freedom I've had in civilian vehicles were in ones that were in much worse shape then that one, (errr well maybe not # of scratches LOL).

No planning, no f$cks given, just give 'er gas.

Real men know how to say NO to tight trails. :bananadead:

I just choose to not go down shitty little ATV trails, I use the ones my truck fits correctly on. :anonymous:

That one section of swisha was tight. The amount of pinstripes we all got was crazy. Eric lost his antennae’s (got ripped off) and mine have not been the same.

Sometime you just have to see where the road takes you.....

Guess you better never go to Minden. Cause there's some tight spots where pin striping is guaranteed.

Hell you can even get it just entering black Lake in Ardbeg lol.

Yea and sometimes you go up and down a section 5 times try and cross a creek that has no bridge.... :anonymous:

So sometimes you dont need to see where that 'not road but way to tight of a trail' takes you. :frusty:

Where's your sense of adventure lol.

Cosmetic paint damage is pretty much guaranteed off road.

There is some 'pin stripping', and going down an entire trail that is an ATV trail that is going to just be tight for the entire thing. Why bother.

Yea I have my truck vinyl wrapped for no reason :alien:

I am just more selective than you guys it seems as to what trails I go on. Easy as that. I can be, I get to wheel everyday if I want.

After the first winter with my truck i realized the pervious owner washed my truck with sand paper aparently. Kind of a relief because i felt bad i was planning on pin striping a newer vehicle.

Id probably care if i had plans of selling this truck.

    To each their own.

No less of a man because you can't say no. Nor does it make you any more of a man to go down harder trails.

Depends what you're in it for .
If it's for touring/overlanding call it whatever you might not have a choice.
Especially if turning back means running out of fuel.

You think guys like Ronny Dahl or any of the guys from 4wd action will turn back just because of a tight trail? Watch their videos they're constantly going down tight shit. And that dmax is even less built than majority of us.

The first few were hard for me . Especially given I came from the tuner scene where looks were key.

    Now I just accept it.
No doubt I do try to avoid it .But I'm not going to completely have it hold me back from wheeling.

I remember the first trail where I got pinstripes from, It was a badge of honour for myself. Separated me from the mall crawlers with all the mud and stripes lol. At the same time, I do like to put the work into to keep it clean, keep it running, and keep it sound. But I will never sell. "From my cold dead hands"

Yeah that was brutal, didn’t see me complaining though, 8 month old 50k$ truck getting scratched up and ruined

Part of the game, there memories, or in my case, memories for someone else now, my jeep will create new memories.

But as said before the first scratch hurts the most

Is it polishing compound or claybar that gets the scratches out?

    Polishing .
But polishing removes clear coat as that's where the scratch is. And toyota clear coat is shit.

Clay bar removes grime and all that shit.

A higher quality wax does help protect from light pinstripe
