    :cool: ... just removed the skids to be able to change my tcase and front diff fluid ... and make it a helluva lot easier to lube my driveshaft.

    I don't want anyone freaking out in case someone spots this, but that stain in the circled area is just PB Blaster. :D And while I'm looking at this pic I suppose I could remove those tiny factory scratch guards where I put the arrows... or are those heat shields?

    The left arrow is a small heat shield since the exhaust used to go there. You can ditch it. The other one is a tiny skid plate I assume. You could ditch that too if you really wanted.

    I removed the tcase one but keeping the other one since my exhaust is right there in case it serves as a mini heat shield as well. Temporarily popping it off though to access the zerk up there.

    Either I completely missed the tag or TW's notification system is being silly. I'm trying to get some maintenance finished and skids re-installed so it's a maybe for right now. I'll update in a bit after I've made some progress. :thumbsup:
