Speedway blue metallic. Goes surprisingly well with matte black addons.

Similar situation - I was torn between Silver (have had a ton of silver cars) and Calvary Blue (USAF Vet and went to school at UNC and Duke University - so this color was a good combo)...the only color I do not like at all is black...the dealership I wanted to deal with only had a silver with a sunroof so I went with the Calvary Blue...color is not real important and I already have a-lot of scratches on the truck and more to come (we use it on our farm and running trails). Silver is probably me favorite overall for any vehicle.

Silver is plain for sure. I chose it for two reasons: Mainly because it hides all the branch pinstriping and FSR dust a little better than the darker colours, but also because it looks good out in the natural surroundings where I live. I can’t imagine plopping an inferno orange, voodoo, or quicksand truck into these scenes. I know it doesn’t really matter, but it would be an affront to the senses. I think you gotta match your colour to where you live somewhat.

black is my least favorite also. Had a black first gen and it was nice back in the day many moons ago. I really dont like black flake on top of that. But that is why we all get different colors or it would be boring everyone in same color. haha

I disagree with you there. I dislike some colors due to the maintenance, heat transfer, fading, similarity to a schools colors which I dislike, ect...

I think we all have reasons to dislike this or that color and it is fair and reasonable to be due to the maintenance. Some folks like a color for the lack, or near lack of maintenance required. Why would we rule out the reciprocal?

i agree. I think Black looks good appearance but do not like it and is least favorite color due to this reason. But I do not like black flake and prefer black clear.

I think the trim makes a difference

Quicksand looks pretty damn good on the Offroad, as does Cavalry blue with the contrast of the black

IMO Cement looks better on the sport than off road etc

It’s true. Those two colours are everywhere. In some ways, I’d rather have a inferno than either, just because I like to be different. There was no cement when I ordered my truck, but the salesman said “thank god” when I told him I wanted a silver one. He said they were selling 10 MGMs to any other colour offered, and he thought MGM was going to start looking like a “fleet” colour with so many on the road.

The main reason I went with quicksand was because of the ease of maintenance, wear and tear, etc, but also because it’s earthy/outdoorsy. If they had had an army green option I would’ve snapped it up.

How they came up with the colors they have is beyond me. Maybe it was the same guy who thought to sell an off road tuck with what amounts to street tires...

That rotten avocado wrap looks like barf or baby’s shit, or both. I hope the new Toyota green is nothing like this.

Black is probably my all time favorite color. Had a black Mustang I kept for 17 years, and washed that bitch about every other day. I wish they made California Dustsers back then, it would have saved me hours of washing.

Living in FL. now I never gave black a thought, but still went with a dark color.

I hate Cavalry Blue... Cadaver Blue
    Cement...Primer Gray with some sparkle
Quicksand...I'll never understand. Is it a military thing? If it were the late 60's early 70's would OD green be the popular color?
