There's so many good looking wheels ruined by the fake bead lock look (in my opinion), but am I the only one that feels that way? It's surprising how few choices you have now with nothing around the rim.

Example of what could have been a great looking wheel without the fake bolts. Sorry if you have these wheels. You know what they say about opinions:

I generally don’t like fake bead locks but those look great. What kind are they?

I have the same wheels and I think the bead lock look is good on them.

I think it comes down to the wheel design some look ok others not so much.

SCS Ray10. One of the more popular wheel options available, and for good reason.

Not my style. Even if they were real. I don't like the bolts-everywhere look on truck wheels and truck accessories.

I personally would never run wheels that had a beadlock appearance without the beadlock function to back it up. That being said, I know fake beadlocks are popular and people should do whatever suits them.

I like fakelocks. For planters, glass table bases in a man room, holding up a kid's tether ball pole, wife's/girlfriend's junk crafting, circle templates for marking and cutting circles out of plywood, picnic beanbag targets, etc. Good stuff

They're great for collecting rock rash, if you're into that kind of thing.

I have to wonder how many of the ones who like the fake bead locks are the same ones who make fun of the fake hood skewp on the Sports and Pros. :boink:
