    Hmm, so these trucks use a drive by wire system, you could get another pedal, stick it on the passenger side, then using the hand break as your normal breaks and reach over to steer.

    When your done with for the day, unplug the passenger side pedal and plug in the driver side.

    My Dad was a rural carrier for years in West Virginia. He drove a left hand drive manual transmission basically sitting on the center consol (consols were smaller back then). He used everything from a chevy Luv truck to a chevy Spectrum (hatchback deal). Never really figured out how he could do that all day.

    Wheels off of a third gen
    Its not too hard to drive like that. I once left the Windows down in the rain on my Silverado work truck so I drove It all day riding in the middle of the bench.
