Hahaha seriously thought about bringing it up with the 4Runner since I’m not paying for fuel. Buuuuuut I have a feeling I’ll be a little too busy and don’t want to mess with it. Although, this boat has never given me any problems (fingers crossed knock on wood)

Long travel requires extended tie rods too?

    Asking for a friend.

Big shout out to driveshafts unlimited in Arnold as well, they built me a double cardan shaft, lengthened it overall by an inch to make up for lifting it. I was getting horrible vibrations and Jesus, you don’t know how bad your driveshaft is until you ride with one that’s built and angled correctly! Smooth as mother effin silk now!

Got some news today that I'll have a little extra dinero hitting the bank. Figured I might be getting some, and even though I don't know the net amount yet, it's quite a bit more than I figured...so, a suspension upgrade may be coming soon, to aid future plans. I know I've heard @G.T. swear by ADS several times, but I'm kind of leaning towards the OME BP-51 kit through Headstrong at the moment, primarily because of cost, but still getting the adjustability out of a "slightly" more economical system. I'll have to chat with Marie and the Headstrong folks when I know for sure what I've got to play with, but thought I'd throw a cast out to get any input from you all? Side note, also leaning towards this option because it may allow me to go for some other "race car parts" or other mods.

Missouri is constitutional carry state, carry however you want, everybody else can get over it. Also, if you need a place to clean/store/work on once my garage gets cleaned out in a few weeks I have a decent setup and plenty of tools lol

And thanks everyone for the welcome! Look forward to hanging with yall!

Got a buddy with ADS all the way around and he absolutely loves it.
I have fox and wouldn’t go any other way. I think any route you go with a reputable off road suspension name you will not be disappointed.

I should clarify this to say clean/work on the pews not cars lol, definitely not a good setup for working on cars even if it was cleaned haha. Thanks Cygnus for pointing that out!

Welcome to the thread man. We do monthly get togethers for shop/mod day to help each other get projects done and save money as well as going touring and wheeling together.

Probably should posted here a long time ago. Would be cool to catch up with some of you guys on a group project day if anyone needs a hand. I put my OME setup on by myself and sure coulda used some company. I've got plenty of tools and such to lend as well. 20181124_154307.jpg
