    why the fuck did toyota only make this truck in auto?! i need a LB, and i wanted MT but since they don't sell that version i got what i got. love the truck, but made the mistake of test driving a MT before i bought mine and now all i think about is how much better it would be with a 6 speed.

    Yes.... it would be much better... I feel the same... I love my 4 banger but I would be madly in love if it would be MT......

    Fitting 4x8 would require inboard shocks, which blows for offroad clearance.

    I totally agree. DC LB MT off road is my dream truck. Nobody has ever been able to answer the question why they dont make it. Its only a foot longer and drivetrain is the same :notsure:

    We cant even get DC SB off road in manual here in canada. Only access cab, sucks.

    It's unbelievable really, what has happened philosophically at TMC. I see see tons of useless short bed AT's and have hunt high and low on the dealer sites just to even find a damn AC MT Sport which I do not want.
