Looking for feedback on a reasonable price to list my 2017 Tacoma for. Bluebook/NADA prices as you all know in the PNW are irrelevant for these.

2017 Tacoma ,TRD Offroad, double cab shortbed, 6 speed manual transmission, factory locking rear differential. 26k miles, original owner. $11,500 in upgrades all professionally installed with receipts.

    Wheels and tires:
    • TRD Pro SEMA wheels with locking lug nuts.
    • Falken Wildpeak AT Tires 285 70r 17. Less than 2,000 miles on tires.
Suspension: installed professionally by 4wheel parts.
    • Fox 2.5 front Coil overs w/ remote reservoirs.
    • Fox 2.0 rear shocks with remote reservoirs.
    • Progressive rate add-a-leafs from Icon Vehicle dynamics
    • SPC Adjustable upper control arms
    Car Audio:
Fab Four premium rear bumper installed by NW Auto accessories. Includes backup lights and factory tow package.

Weather tech floor mats front and rear

Front window tint to match rear

    TRD Pro grill

My bad, edited, no crawl control as it’s a manual.

List for $32,000. Negotiate down to $31,500.

    I'm assuming no tech package?

Some people might not like the upgrades, might think you beat on the truck on the trail.

Start at $33000 but I'd expect top offers will be right around $30K. Many just dont want a manual but you can always find the right buyer, they might even be on this forum.

Kbb is what you’ll likely get. Mods don’t add value and often limit your market/prospective buyer. You’d be better off parting as much as you can back to stock.

My 2017 TRD OR DCSB 4wd 16k miles JBL/tech/prem fetched $32k at trade in for my 19 in December, but I had to fight for it, GLWS.

it's a beautiful 2 year old used truck, don't expect anyone to pay what they can get a new one for, upgrades or not. That's just how it is. A very large part of your outlay is in labor to install those upgrades, you will not recoup that unless you find an idiot with cash. Unfortunately, idiots with cash tend to pay more by purchasing new TRD Pros and then trashing all the Pro components for further upgrades.

Just curious, why did you go back to a first Gen? Nothing against them, I have had all 3.

I’ve had 6 Toyota pickups 5 of which were Tacoma’s and honestly the 3rd gen is my least favorite. The creature comforts are nice upgrades but once you get past that the 1st gen is just as capable in what I consider a better more compact package. I found a mint one owner with low miles and enjoy it more than the new truck. I don’t need both so I’m parting with the 2017.

In all honestly after I wrecked my 07 I was dead set of finding a 1st Gen but there was nothing to be had in my area that was in decent shape. I live in the rust belt so there aren’t many survivors. I’m pretty jealous that you guys stateside can still find one owner trucks of that age still in such good shape !

I hear that, even here in the PNW these 1st gens are next to impossible to find!
