63's are in. Shock relocation done, could have gone longer but that jump is big money.....Gotta sort out my bump situation and measure for straps.
Getting new Fox's with resi's up front, sway bar is off, and knuckles are being gusseted. Put the 700lb springs on the Fox's monday. Love the sketchy work, springs always scare me a bit.
And the 700lb ones are tough to compress.....

Nice:thumbsup: staying tuned for that. What’s the real world cost on that 63 swap? On my second set of Dakars getting tired of them not holding up. May be looking into a 63 swap as an option if theses All-Pro expos don’t work out.

The labor is where the money is. 63's themselves are cheap, are install parts aren't bad. The other expense is the huge shocks you'll wanna run. And the sky is the limit when it comes to shocks.

Also sounds like I need to venture over to the east side and hang out with the guys you're running with some time...

Does the Tailgate still fit behind that or no?

@Slashaar With the carrier bolted to the rack the tailgate can be on in the down/open position. But I’ve never ran it like that other than the day I brought it home.

    Thanks @Slashaar
Setup time in Tennessee last week with the rain fly, my brother helping me maybe 20 minutes making it pretty and watertight. Without the Rainfly maybe 10 mins at best. Pretty happy with it so far, room for days in there tallest point inside is 9 feet. We ran a little buddy heater 2 nights on low when it got below 30° and it held the heat in pretty good. That was our first time setting it up, and real world using it, so I’m sure once we get into a routine we can have it setup quicker

Where'd you get it at if you don't mind? Currently running a 6 man coleman and we put a queen size air mattress inside which doesn't leave a lot of room. Always looking for something easier/faster to set up. Thinking about one of those Gazelle Camping tents that fold up so I don't have to worry about poles. https://www.gazelletents.com/

@Slashaar This one is definitely an odd ball and not that common, it’s a discontinued Military Mobiflex Command Post Shelter System. I got it from a Drill Sergeant who was PCSING out of the area. I’ve seen the Gazelle system as well down in Tennessee, it’s pretty impressive. I think @tweakit88 is selling his Gazelle setup. Hit him up if you have any questions.

    Day 3

Saturday was just a day to wheel! We had a local buddy who knew the tracks and area good leading the way for a killer day. As usual we were too busy wheeling to get some picks, but here are a few we did manage to get.

Left to right Me, Ed, @HomerTaco , @G.T. , and behind the camera my baby brother @ApakaTRD

Pretty much this day was dedicated to packing up and hitting the road, but my brother and I got in a early run on one of the nearby tracks. We said out goodbyes to our friends and headed home.

Baby brother’s birthday was in the 13th so I sent him home with my bed rack and tire carrier as a Birthday gift.

Eddy with @SOS CONCEPTS ran a killer tax season sale. I ordered up these skids knowing they wouldn’t make it in time for the trip, but when I got the notification it turns out they arrived to the freight facility the day after we left for Tennessee.
