The one in the picture I made. I'm waiting on one of these...

I've tried a few times to make one but the manual transmissions have a rounded cutout. Matching that radius is such a bitch.

    switch to salad?

It pulls straight out and holds switches in that little cubby below the AC.

That's my backup plan but I really don't want to run the wires up there.

    I've already done these...

    E83D6E1D-637A-468F-89BB-E27C66533BDF.jpg

In the factory switch bank above that little cubby.

I'd like to keep all my switched in one place for now.

Me either, but one of my projects is cleaning up my wires and wiring up a hidden 12v cigarette plug to run my GPS and Dashcam

And I did! Evening SATX! So, not done, but cleaned and new footings going in!

Fugly stuff. Not a "mucky" as last time, many surface roots actually held crap together.
    20190327_124006.jpg
and 4X of these go out
    20190327_140107.jpg
    and cleaned out
    20190327_140119.jpg
    And 6X of these bags
    20190327_141141.jpg
    And, that's not enough
    20190327_143733.jpg
So, off to Lowe's and truck does work.
    20190327_172418.jpg
Pavers and the rest (8x bags) will go in tomorrow afternoon, or Friday.

I just saw this and I will lose it, but HOLD THAT THOUGHT! I bought stuff to convert my front garage door opener bay to LV switch bay with Zener regulated supply for window mount stuff....

ATRAC is now left of the steering wheel next to the rear locker. Factory fog light switch got moved to the switches in the pic. The far left fog light switch used the factory harness to run my Baja Designs fogs

because most gizmos run at 5.1VDC, and consume less than 500 ma! Stay tuned. On another thought, and I'm too old to do more than two at a time!

Good reason, but most gizmos come with built-in resistors, unless you're wiring 5-volt referenced do-ma-thingies within the internal wiring of the modules. Wait, what are we talking about?

Gizmos and doohickeys. I will get back to it. It's not a rush, and I will have some stuff (not tonight) that simplifies thing, basically a small Zener regulated CB that limits currents to 100 mA, uses cut up USB (Did you know that if you have a GPS Garmond with traffic, it needs the wire for antennae?), and then encapsulate the board and mount it up there.....
Anyway, I can't do Hoverlover Gearbox work, but I did know electronics for a few decades.....
